The fatal shooting occurred two days after another shooting in Danville. Police say a 19 year old Chicago man was hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the leg. He said he was walking with relatives to a vehicle parked in the 1200 block of Vermilion Gardens, when two teen-agers approached, them, with one firing a weapon.
The two alleged assailants were described as being black males ---- 5”8” 145 pounds and 5’4” 125 pounds. Both subjects were dressed in dark clothing.
