Exec coach LaTonya Wilkins talks about improving workplace cultures

As we approach our third year of the pandemic, there’s no denying there’s been a drastic shift in the way we do, view and approach work. The shift in workplace culture for many has meant realizing they have the power to quit and find a job with a culture they fit into. It’s also meant that some corporate leaders have started realizing they might need to change the status quo within their workplaces in order to keep their employees at the company.

To talk about reimagining workplace culture and the "Great Resignation," we were joined by an author and speaker who helps leaders develop and maintain inclusive and supportive spaces.
