GOP leaders in Congress had not yet released the final version of their tax reform bill when Senator Tammy Duckworth made a stop in Champaign Friday. But the freshman Democrat said she didn’t see how Republicans would adjust the bill's main features that she opposes.

The 3-foot-by-5-foot poster-size portraits were made in a mobile photo-booth, featuring people passing by who wanted to show their support for the DREAM Act, a bill in Congress to help young people who are in the country illegally. .
