Annual CPB Financial Report

As a public entity, the financial records of Illinois Public Media are available for review by the public.

The documents that are available are:

Annual financial reports filed with CPB;
Audited statements or other financial statements filed with CPB. These include the reports from CPB-required audits conducted by independent certified public accountants or state-certified independent public accountants, according to CPB adopted audit standards, and the financial statements that CPB may permit to be submitted in lieu of such audit reports under certain circumstances; and
Other information regarding finances submitted to CPB related to any funding agreement with CPB that requires a financial report.

WILL is licensed to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois and is not required to file IRS form 990 and has not equal information to report for the current fiscal year.
